What do you like best about Odoo ERP?

I like that has loads of modules like accounting, inventory, projects etc but i found the correlation between the modules could be better. Dashboards and analytics are average. Altough i had a bad experience with it in the past I returned to ODOO17 as it has better UI design now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo ERP?

You still need to hire a developer for customisation and custom plugins for the community edition.

Enterprise pricing plans could be better, especially for SME's with 2-3 users only Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Odoo ERP?

I like the fact that you pretty much have everything you need for all aspects of small business operations in one place for a reasonable price compared to other ERPs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo ERP?

The main thing that I did not like about Odoo ERP was the customer service. After you sign up for the service there is really no timely way to get help. You can't call or chat. You have to send a message through a portal and just wait for someone to get back to you. Then, when they do, you have to hope that they were actually able to understand and answer your question or you have to repeat the process.

Also, I found the Accounting feature to have a large learning curve for a non-accountant Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Odoo ERP?

The Odoo system is new and Customisation is allowed, All data remains on the cloud, smoothness of using the system is very good. This is also easy to implement and the features are all user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integration is an issue. Adoption of a new system is still Okay but Migrating in Odoo becomes a difficult task especially if you are using an ERP before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo ERP?

I find the software could be much more user friendly and the interface more polished than it currently than it currently is there is a lot of jumping around between different apps required and finding all the different options can be a challenge.

My main issue though is features and apps are being shipped before they are ready. I have seen basic things like some buttons not translated in the inventory app. More importantly I raised an issue with support that the knowledge app lacked autosave so if one refreshed the page some things may not be saved. This is a pretty basic functionality for cloud based apps. Support answered my ticket quickly but 3 months in this issue has not been resolved

It is much easier to get in touch with a sales person and have had two follow up calls and numerous emails though I feel these resources would be better spent on IT and that the company is more concerned with selling the product now at the cost of future development.

The software works fine besides thsese issues but I can't give more than 2 stars as I don't expect these kind of issues from a more mature product with the resoruces that Odoo has. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Odoo is the best free and open-source ERP software. Odoo has many free apps in the community version (which is free and open-source). It also has an advanced version called the Enterprise version, which is paid.

It is expensive, especially Odoo.SH. Odoo is difficult to use and not user-friendly. Users are exceptionally resistant to Odoo. Odoo has increased their volume of work instead of decreasing it. It isn't as integrated as Odoo claim. The apps tend to be stand-alone instead of working with each other. Odoo's customer service is slow. Odoo only works well in certain countries. Initial promise of integration with multiple ecommerce websites and online payment gateways.

Inconsistent support: Numerous issues with subscription status, language settings, and payment gateway integration were met with unhelpful responses and delays.

What do you like best about Odoo ERP?

The components within Odoo are well blended with each other for different but related procedures, this helps the understanding of the workflow from a technical and functional point of view. The ability of the system to be the all-in-one area with respect to different types of commerce. Likewise in terms of revenue, within our institution, it unifies and handles almost all sales related work, from collection to delivery. A simple to use interface that is simple to use with specific recommendations when needed. What do you dislike about Odoo ERP?

Because it is open source, Odoo is supposed to be easier to modify. Despite this, it is complicated to find accurate information for programmers on how to do it. There is a lot of data, however, it is not well organized. Some of the landing pages within the system are not manipulable/changeable by the user. For example, the sales funnel configuration, which every sales user has, even if it is not mandatory to configure it. It cannot be disabled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
