Receiving multiple “Don’t Lose Your Streak” emails from Nectar, encouraging you to send shoutouts to maintain your recognition streak. While gamification can be motivating, the frequency and tone of these reminders might feel excessive or even intrusive over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love most about Nectar is how simple and fun it makes recognition. Giving shoutouts with GIFs adds a personal, lighthearted touch that never gets old. On top of that, cashing out is super straightforward, and the variety of extra benefits and partner offers—both local and beyond—makes the experience feel even more rewarding Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If I had one wish, it’d be for more flexibility with PayPal withdrawals. Having to create a PayPal account tied to my work email wasn’t ideal, and a bit of added control here would go a long way. Still, that’s a small bump in an otherwise smooth and engaging platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reward catalog could use more variety especially for smaller point amounts. Sometimes it feels a little limited in terms of gift card options or custom rewards. Sometimes the platform can feel a bit repetitive or transactional if not balanced with genuine feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nectar sends reminders before your points expire so that you don't miss the opportunity to recognize your colleagues. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. The landing page presents all the information you needs and easy to use links to other information. Such an easy site to use! Point redemption is easy to use. The leaderboards can easily be manipulated. Everyone gets the same points to give, so to be a leader you can wait until after the cutoff to give points and then before the cutoff the following month give your next months points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nectar has been a wonderful thing for me. I use my Nectar points monthly to show my appreciation to my fellow teammates or co-workers regarding teamwork, followthrough of a request for help or just a quick Happy Birthday. It is such as quick and easy way to show my gratitude quickly or to appreciate a job well-done. I love being able to put a smile on a face. The number of options that you have to use your points is endless and value points are easy to acquire. You get your online egift card instantly to use and was struggle free in using it. What I like most about Nectar is that it is user-friendly and easy to navigate through the site to submit challenges and cash-in rewards after they are earned. There are a decent amount of challenges to choose from to complete, giving an excellent array of options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not run into any issues yet with Nectar. I navigated through the site to submit my challenges with ease, and my points were earned shortly after. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really liked how easy the platform is to use especially when seeing how our employees engage with the platform. There's a lot of features on the platform that are popular, the challenges were a hit amongst our employees. Our employees were also able to easily use the platform and would use it to acknowledge multiple people throughout the month.
Our rep was very knowledgeable during implementation and has been very helpful if we came across something that we had issues with. Integration with our data was easy and made it very smooth for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My agency rolled out Nectar about a year ago, and it's been such a great tool for giving recognition and feeling appreciated myself. I love how easy it is to shout out colleagues. I believe that Nectar is user-friendly and only takes a minute. Adding emojis and GIFs makes the messages feel way more personal and fun. Our agency also added challenges in the "Challenges" page to give us an opportunity to claim extra points. I found this page very easy and super simple to submit entries. Most important, redeeming points is a breeze, and there are a lot of great options. I always received my gift cards right in my inbox without any issues. I'd definitely recommend Nectar if you are looking for a way to boost employee recognition and build team spirit! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I only used Nectar as a user, and I did not dislike anything about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What is most helpful about Nectar is giving a platform to tell people thank you and give them points when I am not able to see them every day due to shift time differences in a hospital setting. I like to read other's post about co-workers as well. It is an easy and effective way to tell someone thank you for doing something amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not really found many downsides to Nectar. The only thing that I wish was different was the amount I could give someone in one month. I feel that we should have the say on how we use our points and if we wanted to give someone 25 points we should be able to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
