"Best known tool to handle database"
What do you like best about MySQL?

This is the best example used for database tools. It is an excellent tool for creating, deleting and manipulating data in a database. It is easy to use and very reliable in nature. It is an open source tool which makes it open to reach and develop new heights of development in the region. At the same time it is a bit expensive which makes it different from other devices and sets the best example for widespread use of devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MySQL?

Mysql is an efficient and optimized tool to use, but again despite excellent support it offers some relatively scalability issues that make it relatively poor to use in an open manner. Development in the database is not community-driven. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"MySQL - Our database solution!!"
What do you like best about MySQL?

MySQL is really reliable and quick in processing which provides us stability in our day to day business processes. It is very easy and flexible to use in all environments. Syntax is very easy and well designed which helps us in writing queries easily and learning faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MySQL?

Not very easy to match with some of other frameworks. Massive amount data retrieval can be lag but does not happen often and hope the development team can try to improve this. May be some more documentation can be help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best database to use"
What do you like best about MySQL?

MySQL supports a detailed documentation that is the best and functions every part of it. This documentation will be updated from time to time. It also supports a wide range of operating systems to support execution and since it is an open source product, there is no license fee to use it in any way. It's queries are easy to write and understand and can be used efficiently at places. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MySQL?

It does not support any property of isolation and atomicity for queries. It is very expensive from the hardware side and uses too much RAM in backend runs. There it takes a lot of time when getting data with multiple sub-queries and even when we try to fetch a table with multiple rows of data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MySQL?

The simplicity and support out there is the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tables in the db has a limit. Even with indexes, as a table grows, you find the query times a bit more than usual Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

* Most developers and large companies develop apps using MySQL as a database, so there is extensive documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MySQL?

"I think we all agree that MySQL is the most popular database in the world"
What do you like best about MySQL?

MySQL is a simple database and it has been very popular over the years. I think its most important factor is the ease with which you can learn the syntax of your queries. Furthermore, I also like the fact that it has extensive documentation, which is constantly updated. In addition, they have an application called Workbench that offers a nice graphical interface and tools to do different tasks to the databases, such as import and export of data, performance reports, and tools to add, remove or remove tables. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MySQL?

Sometimes migrating large databases from one server to another can usually be a cumbersome process, since the default server configurations do not support reading large amounts of data and do not have long runtime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MySQL?

It is simple & easy to use via console as well as IDE integrations.

One of the mostly used relational DBMS suggested for beginners specially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MySQL?

Its lack of support for Json objects unlike MongoDB. It also lacks the support of array field at column and restricts the user to store list of values in separate rows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
