Very full featured, offers MDM for all kinds of devices with granular controls on every eligible policy. I feel that I can control the actions and behavior of our mobile devices well, and track any violations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus?

The interface of the MDM portal is not great. It takes long to load and can be confusing to navigate until you get used to the quirks. Its not an easy fix, but its certainly something that can be done without changing the base service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I tried a lot of other MDM solutions, and ManageEngine quickly stood out as the one easier to setup, manage and deploy. The trial is completely open access, so you can really sink your teeth into the product to make your mind up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have around 40 devices that I will be deploying across the country. Without an effective MDM, I'd just be trusting the devices to work and for no illegitimate use. The way Device Manager plus have provided the integration with iOS and android device, I think it is the most important part for many businesses today.

It is a need of an hour and these guys are doing t really great.

Support is available 24*7 so at times, even if you are missed on the chat. You are assured an answer may be towards end of the day.

I am enjoying the experience of MDM with Device Manager Plus so far and looking forward for a great relationship together.

What do you like best about ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus?

Our organisation is looking into mdm for our fleet and we started from Esper, which is a bit undevloped and quite expensive. Comparing now the demo version of MDM Manage Engine you can feel the difference right away - the support is always there to help you, not just cirtain hours, replying fast which is important in case of any outage in organisation which Esper would only do in certain hours. MDM Manage Engine is cheaper than other mdm services, i did research and compared prices. Manage Engine offers the ability to integrate with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Services - it is very useful to have it all connected. There more features and functions to get to know yet, so this is just first sight opinion, i have to say Manage Engine already makes me smile much more than Esper for e.g. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus?

ManageEngine MDM is quite nice how it works with our Apple Business account. I was able to use Apple Configurator to add devices to the MDM while also setting up the devices. It made the process quite easy. Once my devices showed up in ME MDM I was able to assign a user and then deploy my profiles and configurations I needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus?

The online guides are a bit of a problem for me. They do have videos, but those videos have a computer-generated voice reading off instructions. The flow is weird and sometimes difficult to follow. I would definitely like to see some updates to their online video tutorials using a real person or something that sounds more like a real person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I started using the Mobile Device Management because I needed a MDM that would manage Android devices. We have another MDM that manages all of our Apple Devices. It was easy to set up and they allow 25 devices before they start charging you so for our situation it was a very good deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Desktop Central is a amazing application. One of our main focuses is to keep everything cloud or web based. This application allows us to keep in our online environment. We are also able to cut 3 other different applications because desktop Central is capable of the same tools all in one. Their MDM is one of the easiest I have seen to setup as well as their other tools too. I highly recommend using DesktopCentral for your business no matter of the size. First of, the price for the value is unbeatable ! Costumer service has been superb! They even helped us setting up some old android devices that weren't working as expected. Honestly it has been hard to find anything wrong with this software. The only issue we've had so far is removing a test email user we had created on the list of users in Device Manager section.
