The product has a well-thought layout and UI once you get the hang of where everything is. The feature set is quite compelling, as is the reporting. There's very little that's lacking for my company's needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus?

If you're entirely new to setting up MDM, ManageEngine is solid. However, I wish it had more of a beginner's walk-through to understand all the steps involved (especially with Apple). Things like creating an Apple Business account take time to get verified with Apple and creating a corporate Apple ID. The help documents say you need these things, but it takes reading through multiple help documents.

There is a walk-through of sorts, but I wish that it had shown what it takes with starting from zero to having your first phone under management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus?

Geo-Location history and ability to remote in and control devices were the deciding factors that made us go with ManageEngine.

It is also has the ability to virtually add an asset tag to each of the devices for easier tracking incase the stickers fall off.

The Lost Mode and remote alarm is a great feature that allows us to call out any users that "claim to have lost their device" since you can't disable the alarm without first unlocking the device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus?

The interface takes sometime getting used to and can be a little slow to load. I often found myself clicking on the wrong categories due to the lack of clarity. Enrolling Apple devices can get confusing really quickly if you don't follow the instructions or are not familiar with how iOS devices work when it comes to adding and managing profiles. What do you dislike about ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus?

My first month use of Zoho MDM and experience with Zoho customer support has been disappointing. I want Zoho to help me fix the following issues and give a 2 month free of cost trial period so that we can confidently use the system for our bussiness:

1. We are unable to track devices which have location turned off. The customer support gave me a solution to create a device profile which has location permanently on.

When I try to implement a profile which has location permanently turned on, the geo tracking option disappears as soon as I enable the profile. I wrote to customer support and they reverted with a solution which does not work.

As Geo tracking is a centrally important function in our business, this MDM solution is not working for us. I am looking for a solution from Zoho customer support which can solve this.

2. There is a problem with sending log files while raising a customer support request. Despite the fact that I’m on a high speed internet connection, the log file upload fails and I’m unable to send it along with the customer support request.We have just started using MDM so can't say much about any issues right now.
