What do you like best about ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus?

This software is really helpful to manage the devices on our campus. It allows us to see what our students are doing and prevents them from installing malicious/unapproved apps on our devices. What do you dislike about ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus?

Sometimes the Kiosk mode doesn't start or gets disabled for unknown reasons, which grants the users way too much access to the device.
