Magento is a very robust system with almost everything you need right out of the box. On one side there are a lot of features, but it comes with some limitations as well. Some of the limitations are -

1. Limitations for store owners to make changes as the full access is with the developers by Magento.

2. One more problem is its high pricing for the enterprise edition.
