What do you like best about Magento Open Source?

I've used Magento for many of our customers and it's the simplest tool to maintain an ecommerce platform, and has lot of customizable options. Data upload is easy, with multiple importing options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Magento Open Source?

These are the good things

1. Flexible: Magento is for everyone. You can basically sell anything you can think about with it.

2. Customizable: The setting is not rigid and being open-source gives you the freedom to develop custom functionalities

3. Secure: Security is at the core of Magento and it takes this very seriously.

4. SEO - ready: The whole Magento concept makes it easy and nice to get good ranks in search results.

What do you dislike about Magento Open Source?

These are bad things

1. No matter how nice it is, it's a complex thing to set up.

2. Beginners may face a lot of confusion in the first few days. It's not self-explanatory.
