What do you like best about Lofty?
The back-end is quite robust. They offering super easy marketing/advertising solutions, the website is pretty easy to create, and the CRM is really good. I'd give the CRM really high marks, the website is above average (if not quite great), the marketing solutions are above average due to their ease and amount of options. What do you dislike about Lofty?
Support is about as bad and slow as it gets. You can expect consistent issues with things, and getting support to respond and fix things can take weeks. I have a current support ticket that I submitted a month ago and have yet to even receive a notification that they've seen it. The Facebook support page is a disgrace as well. They'll shut down anything even bordering on negative. Overall I would give their support a 1 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
