-Support was really slow when it came to solving technical issues. Email threads would sometimes span two weeks
-Confusing UI, tests would spawn many "build sessions" making it hard to tell the difference between suits that are running and processes that are running

What do you like best about LambdaTest?
Intuitive UI, easy to navigate, best real device simulation feels like you have your own physical phone and it really helps developers in testing their own app on all iphone hardwares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had a somewhat advanced support question and was connected to a helpful support person via video call in less than an hour and the issue was resolved in about half an hour meeting time.
