It is highly configurable, it can handle multiple workflows and can connect with multiple 3rd party vendors. If you hire consultants that can configure your workflow, this will be a great system for retail companies with warehouses and sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it takes some extra consultants to get this configured right. If you are a SQL and java coder you can enjoy working on this product. It is highly configurable. Expensive for some organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The CPQ has solved first and foremost the revenue the client organisation was facing. After the CPQ implementation, the entire customer purchase experience improved with auto-generation quotes, extensive 3D configuration and visualisation capabilities. Relatively easy to create and maintain rules once you learn the program. Allows us to have a lot of flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some small quirks in matrices could be improved (inserting columns, copying/pasting multiple lines at once).

Outputting 2dm files can become tedious.
