It offers highly efficient real-time insights into the performance and hosting status of the deployed server. This helps me with the reduction of infrastructure management cost as its alerts are highly proactive and notify even if there is a slight possibility for the defect to occur in the server well ahead. In Support portal, sometimes OS field is not getting populated so it is wasting our time.

Ticket allocation is not proper and getting delayed and therefore impacting the business.
