What do you like best about IBM Maximo Application Suite?

I have been using Maximo for about 2 years and have been very happy with the ease of use and the reports it generates. I have been using Maximo to track our equipment and work order requests. I have found the maintenance history reports to help predict equipment failure. I also use it to track employee time and generate reports on individual employee work habits.
