Capable and has amazing industry verticals which set Maximo apart from all competitors. The addition of HSE manager was a great value and the recent Supply Chain functionalities enhancement were spot on. The product lacks standards business processes, just like SAP, Maximo must ship with standard business process. Stressing on the same point, I'd rather spend time and money understanding the standard business process and using it as a starting point than having the absolute freedom to create whatever because this is where "replicating legacy systems" starts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Maximo is a very complex system that can be configured to your exact needs. While there is some upfront learning curve, once you get the hang of it, you're only limited by your imagination as to what you can solve with Maximo. What do you dislike about IBM Maximo Application Suite?

I'd love to see it scale a bit better. Maximo can be deployed to multiple servers, but I'd really love to see a Docker implementation. It comes with a SOAP service, but a REST service would also be better. Maybe this is around in future versions, but it seems absent in 8.5.

The future is here, and we're anxious to see somethig faster and more scaleable. I hope to see what the future holds at Think. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
