What do you like best about IBM Maximo Application Suite?

As a lead, it's important for me to keep track on department assets. Because our work should effect due to asset issues. Before I use to face many issues like manual report generation, following up with the tech team to fix/change assets and was need to get approved manually. But after starting using this IBM Maximo tool I forget to keep track of assets because now all issues handing by this tool. Just opening the dashboard I can see asset status, approval, etc. Forecasting is also very useful with this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

IBM Maximo is an excellent solution for managing your property's space. For me, it's a tool for deciding what to do with your office and making it happen quickly. I love how easy it is to manage an office in just an hour or two. IBM Maximo has support for various devices to access the tool on the go to use it even on my mobile phone!
