As a lead, it's important for me to keep track on department assets. Because our work should effect due to asset issues. Before I use to face many issues like manual report generation, following up with the tech team to fix/change assets and was need to get approved manually. But after starting using this IBM Maximo tool I forget to keep track of assets because now all issues handing by this tool.
