What do you like best about IBM Maximo Application Suite?

IBM Maximo performs all the routine tasks of an IT team. Thus it helps in freeing up the IT team and involve them in more urgent tasks. Another great thing about IBM Maximo is the availability of user logs which enables a manager to check the applications that the user has accessed. Last but not the least, integration with SAP and Oracle finacial platforms has made our work much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Maximo Application Suite?

Even though Maximo is a tremendous Asset management solution, it does not give us flexible features of case management, the change management process is also a bit complicated. The user interface is not also not user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IBM Maximo Application Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently, I am part of a product team where we use IBM Maximo to manage the critical applications of our Organization and also to monitor the applications/sites that users use in their daily remote activities.
