Maximo is one of the most accessible ticking tools. We use this tool for all the ticketing purposes to create the tickets, service requests, problem requests, change requests, etc. We have integrated this tool with Control-M, so whenever we receive an unusual activity like job failure, long-running jobs, job not started, etc., we receive an incident on Maximo. Routing tickets, creating new incidents, creating new service requests, and closing the tickets are effortless. We don't require any additional training to use this tool—very user-friendly. The only thing I don't like about this tool is to route the multiple incidents simultaneously. Sometimes, when we assign multiple incidents at the same time, it lands in some other queue. It logged out after some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
