A feature to add: cheating detection. Not sure how to achieve it, but it'd be helpful to provide inputs when there is potential copying of code from chatgpt of other platform.

It is very user friendly for recruiting teams to use, the layout is easy to navigate, a large bank of testing questions to create unique tests as well as several tests readily available for a wide variety of skillsets. HackerRank has had a tremendous impact on our hiring as it allows candidates to complete in their own time which speeds up the process as we do not have to worry about scheduling, and our hiring teams love talking to developers and being able to review code so they can use more of the interview time assessing a candidates overall ability. A double-edged sword for this tool is I work with a lot of developers who heavily use code repositories and have been removed a bit from writing out data structures/algorithims that are essential to performing well on tests- I believe we might weed out some developers who do not perform as well on the test who probably have great backgrounds and technical skills. HackerRank is easy to use and integrates seamlessly with our ATS. We use HackerRank for nearly all of our technical roles. They offer technical support to our hiring managers to help bring their vision to life, which is majorly helpful. The ability to test an individual coding skills with the help of Hands on or project type questions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Currently the platform has a very limited set of MCQ questions on various technologies. This must be increased. There are certain skillset in which only one question is present. For example .NET Advanced only one objective MCQ. This is not what we expect as a business user.
For all basic, intermediate and advanced complexity variation of questions for every skillset please do make sure you do have adequate number of questions. Keep reviving and updating the questions in library. There were missing basic MCQ flavour questions in certain skillset and have only intermediate flavour and or expert flavours alone disappoints end users as we cannot bring in consistency in skillset evaluations.
Overall on immediate priority the number of questions in library has to be increased. Observing 1 or 2 question on skillset which was a great disappointment for us after purchasing the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
