It has a unique way of displaying questions - Depending on your current performance, it shows you questions that are either harder or easier, without you having to go through the trouble of going through each and every question. It makes sense because in many cases, there are more number of questions than one can attempt and it's not easy to go through each and every question since that can often be very time consuming. Its a great tool to test candidates and filter out based on test results. From Candidates perspective the tool has a fluidic UI and very easy to follow testing tool which helps candidates easily test their code before submission. It produces immediate results and shows certain graphs to analyze candidates deeply. Hackerrank comes with a large coding question bank. Highly recommended for Hiring Managers. It think there are too many companies using HackerRank so students can sometimes get solution from other places and just pass the round without having to solve the problem. Also difficult to test skills other than coding like LR problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how easy this tool is! I am a technical recruiter and use this tool often when conducting technical interviews. It makes it so easy that you can just copy the link and send in an email to the candidate and interviewer to prep for an interview. We use lever for our ATS and Hack Rank pairs nicely when integrating the two. Its super simple and we have a great reprdentative who helps us when we have any questions with anything. We are a smaller company and find this tool affordable and easy to use. I would recommend this to any company of any size. Once you get the hang of all it has to offer its super easy to integrate to your ATS. If you are doing mass tech interviews this tracks and grades them for you to save extra work for your team.
