HackerRanks helps us in evaluating the coding capability of candidates for different roles and coming handy during the need of the coding test. Proctoring helps me to track the activities of candidates during their coding. Thereby i am getting more visibility and helping me to take a conclusion about the candidate on the coding skill. - The insights part is very helpful

I would say, things to improve,

- Translations are limited, a strong need for Mandarin and Portuguese translations

- More investment toward MCQ library and library for roles like that are not developer roles

What do you like best about HackerRank Developer Skills Platform?

Hackerrank is super easy to use, one of the best UI out of the platforms we have used in the past. Their library covers a lot of technical skills and our teams are pleased with their coding questions library in particular and the flexibility they provide in creating a test. They also have seamless integration with out ATS. Code pair is another feature extensively used by our hiring teams which is not provided in a lot of other platforms. What do you dislike about HackerRank Developer Skills Platform?

More like suggestions rather than dislike which we have raised to their team are screen recording feature to help us detect plagiarism better. Also, add more Quantitative Aptitude questions covering different topics of Maths.
