Firstly, the code-playback feature in tests is impressive and is loved by hiring managers. It allows us to review every candidate's code when required to take a call on their coding skills. We like that HackerRank is simple for our interviewers and candidates to use. Because candidates often interact with HackerRank, there is a familiarity with the product. Given that interviews are stressful, it is essential for candidate experience that the products they use for tests/code reviews is standardized and straightforward. What do you dislike about HackerRank Developer Skills Platform?

There is still some functionality on the admin side that can be a little complicated or not straightforward (though most are). Additionally, it would be great if the integrations with our ATS (i.e. SmartRecruiters) made it easier to generate a unique and custom link so that it wouldn't have to be done through the tool. Like most companies out there, COVID made it challenging to do code reviews of candidates. HackerRank, due to its straightforwardness, large varieties of coding languages, and ability to record/share/playback an interview, helped alleviate any issue we could have faced.
