Initially we needed standard assessments applicable to younger populations (middle school, high school), as well as a spectrum of assessments and exercises that serve growing skill levels and role responsibilities. Resumes, transcripts, references, and even verbal interviews alone do not give us the insight we need to accurately understand starting points of our talented team, as well as how best to support their growth, and detailed understanding of progress. Customer feedback gives us another part of the picture, but HackerRank gives us additional important perspective and insight that helps us remain in growth mode, celebrating detailed steps of success. Since pandemic having online screening rounds for software development role is becoming new normal and HackerRank platform comes very handy for it. It provides all the necessary features making it possible to take interviews from anywhere. The platform provides the ability to evaluate a large pool of candidates through contests. The platform has support for many programming languages and creating a hiring contest is very easy and it usually has robust test cases for questions. It provides Courses of almost all programming languages which include all the three-level beginner, medium, and advance, along with practice questions which industries demand. It provides a test case also so we can create robust code which passes through all the test cases. We don't have to worry about giving input and checking all the test cases manually. Apart from this exciting feature, it records our performance and provides rank to aware where we are lying. It takes a record of all the activity that we do on it.
