What problems is HackerRank Developer Skills Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use tests for prescreening as well as the Interview/code pair functionality in interviews. We create more open ended questionnaires to give us more context of the candidate's experience. The Interview/Code Pair is an actual step in and of itself of the interview process. The preloaded questions are helpful, I've also been told that adding questions is fairly easy.
