What problems is HackerRank Developer Skills Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we began hiring software engineering interns and entry-level positions, we saw a huge influx of candidate applications in our system. We used the technical skills screening tools in HackerRank integrated with our human resource management software to send all candidates an assessment before our hiring managers had to screen any of the candidates' resumés. Once all of the assessment results came in, we were able to screen only the top candidates, saving hours of time and effort on the part of our hiring managers and recruiters.
