I've been using GlobalSuite for a few months now on various client projects related to compliance and regulations, and it's been giving me quite good results. In summary:
- Very comprehensive for a single tool (honestly, I didn't expect to find such well-done business continuity functionality in a GRC).
- Good base information with preloaded regulations and risk/control catalogs.
- Almost everything can be customized risk evaluations, BIA catalogs and methodologies, etc. The tool adapts to what you need.
- The surveys are gold. Collecting and consolidating information from risk assessments, updating inventory, or doing other assessments is usually an odyssey, but the tool really automates and greatly facilitates this task. How to say what I like most about GlobalSuite. First, note that after its update at the end of 2024, it is even more intuitive to navigate and use. GlobalSuite is a great tool as a centralized point that facilitates the management of Governance, Risk, and Compliance through customizable methodologies, it is a tool that helps us automate the required processes either in an information security management system or an information security program as it allows working with each methodology with a different standard or norm, additionally, it allows maintaining the system documentation or the required evidence, without a doubt the most fun part is being able to customize the methodologies to qualify the assets, to assess the risks, and to evaluate the risk treatments. Having an integrated risk manager, document manager, planning, monitoring, and ultimately everything necessary to properly manage the ISMS and business continuity is essential for achieving scalable and sustainable management.
