What do you like best about FreshBooks?

Easy to use, intuitive interface, reliable, relatively low cost, steady stream of new feature additions, hasn't failed me in 2 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreshBooks?

I think the product is great and recommend it ... there have been a few bumps with syncing credit card transactions, but that's getting smoothed out. Completely separately from the product which I love, I was frustrated that Freshbooks offered to post a guest blog post I wrote, but then ended up giving me the run-around and not posting it. Again, not a product critique, but it's the only real blemish for me on a company I otherwise think highly of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FreshBooks?

Turns invoicing and account into something actually manageable. Love the ability to hook up your Paypalaccount and give the ability to your users to pay online directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreshBooks?

Sometimes when delete blank items lines on my invoice templates, but the keep re-appearing after I save. Haven't figured out how to avoid that yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
