What do you like best about Folderit Document Management?
It offers centralized access so I can log−in without having to remember multiple credentials and has a clear interface that makeseasy to locate and upload files. The most appealing thing about Folderit document management is that allows to structure information in organized levels (main categories and subcategories), it's efficient to find information fast and it records every modification or query made by users in the files. What do you like best about Folderit Document Management?
Folderit really stands out for being both user friendly and effective search-wise. Their OCR features allow you to search and find data that would otherwise be buried inside files and takes a lot of time and effort. But despite these features, it becomes easy to familiarize with the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Folderit Document Management?
Limited Pricing Transparency: Pre-sales pricing info will be useful to those weighing Folderit against other EDMS solutions.

I like that it's secure. Our remote work has become more secure by using Folderit. We can provide limited and secure accessibility to documents and files based on various teams and it was so much easier than logging into our remote desktop every single time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing. It's pretty modern and need of the hour for the work I am doing in my project. We go through a lot of documents for review and it was very helpful. I would recommend this for sure Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Folderit Document Management?
Folderit is a solid, comparable Dropbox alternative. It is a bit more intuitive than Dropbox concerning collaboration and project delegation, but it is a great primary (or backup) business project and file management tool. The cost is pretty reasonable for the collaborative function. As a smaller business, the Silver Plan was a great fit for our needs. It is also really user-friendly. We didn't need any training or anything like that to use the program. And the customer service is very timely and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Folderit Document Management?
On occasion, it is a bit slow to load, or you have to refresh/reload to get things to work again. This is just on occasion, though, so it doesn't typically cause too much of an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
