I like that Epsilon3 makes it easy to organize and update SOPs in a clear, structured way, which helps keep the team aligned. The interface is simple enough that new team members can get up to speed without much training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that it has limited integration options with other tools we use, which sometimes adds extra steps to our workflow. It would be more efficient if it could sync more easily with our existing project management and communication tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use Epsilon3 almost daily when deployed to our test site, and semi regularly when working from the office.
Compared to other test procedure writing/execution software I have used, Epsilon3 has the most functionality, smoothest operation (in terms of loading in a web browser and allowing steps to be executed quickly and easily), and most logical user interface (no hidden buttons, well labelled etc.).
We have also moved to version control of high level test and operational procedures, and the ability to suggest edits, add redline/blueline steps to procedures as they are conducted is a very effective way to save suggested changes without unapproved changes to the released procedures.
We also work at a remote test site which has limited network coverage. Epsilon3 has worked flawlessly, allowing us to continue testing and completing procedures even with intermittent network access.
The ability to have simple logic/numerical calculations built into run steps is also a great feature, eliminating the need for operators to do manual calculations in high stress environments.
Coming from our other software packages, procedures can be far more easily written and implemented, even for inexperienced users.
I can't comment on customer/technical support as I still haven't had to use it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have any notable dislikes of Epsilon3! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Real-time updates seamlessly synchronize all operations across land, sea, and air, making this product indispensable for us. It offers user-friendly functionality, with frequent updates enhancing its efficiency and bringing added value to our processes. For instance, one of the latest features we began using in Epsilon3 is part history tracking, which enables us to monitor maintenance and flight history usage.
The customer support is exceptional, assisting users with integration and implementation while being receptive to feature requests and facilitating improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some new features are still being developed and are light on capability, but this improves with frequent updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like how intuitive the tool is. I had to create new procedures during a launch campaign with only little time to spare. Althougth I only had little prior experience with epsilon I was able to create the checklists I needed without spending much time on learning to use the tool. I also like that the tool is web based. As long as you know your login data you can use it on any device anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The print function could use some refinement. At least in Firefox when you print a checklist epsilon only uses the standard print function of the webbrowser, which outputs non-ideal documents. Sometimes a workstep gets cut in halve at the end of the page and the rest is printed on the next page. This can be a bit confusing when you are working under pressure at the launch pad. Its intuitive interface makes it easy to follow procedures and coordinate across teams, reducing errors and time delays—critical benefits in industries where precision and efficiency are paramount. The platform’s integration capabilities with other data sources and tools help create a seamless, centralized place for monitoring processes and sharing updates. One potential drawback of Epsilon3 could be its learning curve for teams who are new to digital procedure management or transitioning from traditional methods. Adapting complex workflows to the platform’s structure may initially require time and training, especially for teams unfamiliar with similar systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to find procedures with with just keywords and has a lot of features that are helpful for customer support. Use it multiple times a day as the guides and procedures are always up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it's hard to locate the specific piece of info you need in the guide as there are a lot of steps and tabs that the info could be hidden behind Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Epsilon3 makes it very easy to create procedures by giving many options to build upon. The ability to assign reviewers, and give users different roles that they are allowed to sign off on are most helpful to me. There are many different ways to create steps for procedures with pretty much any form of user input - photos, checkboxes, user type input as well as more automated integration types. It has made what used to be printed out procedures to a much smoother, faster way of working Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Repeating procedures can be sometimes hard to manage if something is being repeated many times. It would be nice if the old sections that are now being repeated could be hidden and not take up limited space on the side bar. You could have option to show them and of course see them when procedure is over but ultimately they are out of the way to not confuse where you are at the time of running them. It is hard to find the specific answer that you are looking for it. It takes longer than usual to gather all necessary information to faster proceed with problem solving. Sometimes it is hard get with user interface.

We, in our company, use Epsilon 3 daily. I think Epsilon3 is a good knowledge base tool for procedures. It’s really helpful because it breaks down each article into clear, simple steps. This can be especially useful for new team members as it makes it easier to learn and follow the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’m not a fan of the interface (it looks a little old) and the procedure titles with the codes can be a bit confusing which makes it harder to search for the right knowledge base and is a little time consuming.
While it can be helpful for new hires, it can be frustrating for senior team members. The procedure sections are not searchable until they are opened, so using ctrl+f doesn’t always work correctly unless each section containing the specific keyword is opened first.
