It's also caught up with modern time—EasyLlama reflects on information from recent events (i.e. COVID-19 pandemic) and stylizes content with current everyday interfaces (i.e. emails and text messages) to help get the message across. The microlessons within a given topic required engagement in modern and thoughtful ways. Information was presented using various visuals such as on-screen email, text convos, and "incoming calls" which required me to click green "answer" button to continue. The way the lessons are presented made a normally sleep-inducing activity much more interesting and fun, and the info was presented in a relevant way. It was easy to use. I recently completed training using a workplace harassment prevention software, and I found it to be a well-designed and highly impactful tool for promoting a safe and respectful environment. The software combines clear, scenario-based learning with interactive modules that help users recognize, understand, and appropriately respond to different forms of harassment, including verbal, physical, and non-verbal conduct. You can stand up your entire organization to get started in an afternoon and be rolling on compliance training the next day. The platform uses multiple learning modalities to keep the training from being boring. The tracking from an admn perspective is simple and it integrates with quite a few notice platforms (email/slack/etc...) to keep folks up to date. I have stood this up for multiple organizations and have not found a downside yet. This might start to get cost prohibitive if you had a very large organization, but at the SMB size it is an easy selection to pick this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the many training courses they offer, and the content provided. We had an easy integration with our HR system, and it took any work out of manually adding new employees for mandatory training courses. The help team is always there to assist via email and will answer all questions you have and provide documentation to follow. I love how it has built in reminders for assigned course materials. The only thing is not being able to work with a customer service agent live as it is all via email. It is not a bad thing but that type of service may come easier for some than others at first. Overall, this workplace harrassment training was very informative and up to date. The sections made sense and flowed from one to the next seamlessly so that I felt like I learned about all the different types of workplace harrassment and how to deal with them effectively from all different angles. The way the training flows also keeps the person engaged--you can't just leave it on in the background. I find that this type of training leads to better overall retention and implementation. I also found the feature that you could easily to stop and go back to the exact same spot in the training and resume with little to no back tracking. EasyLlama has been a game-changer for compliance training in the restaurant industry. I’ve successfully implemented it at two restaurant companies, and it’s by far the easiest and most industry-specific training platform I’ve used. The setup is simple, the user experience is seamless, and the content is actually relevant to our teams. Their customer service is excellent and the integration was incredibly easy with our learning management system.
