Post installation support is nonexistent!! All you can do is email Support agents who are not knowledgeable about the app and its functions. It takes forever to get anything resolved. Emailing your Account Rep is useless as all they can help with is provisioning new licenses. Emailing Customer Success is also useless as the only response they provide is to submit a support case or post to Certinia user forums and hope someone other than Certinia and help you with your issue. as per my experience, I don't think so, there is any drawback or dislike about this cloud as I am currently using this for my customer. whenever we are facing any issue, the quick support team is always there to help and we get quick responses from them. and one of the best things is, from time to time we get new releases. Our company has enjoyed all of the capabilities that Certinia provides to the accounting department and other capabilities and views other departments can have. I feel as though Certinia is always continuing to improve its software and continues to provide regular releases and trainings on those updates. The hardest part we have had to deal with is that we were early adopters/implementers of Certinia. We found 3rd-party implementers that told us they could implement the system precisely to our specifications but have been dealing with issues ever since that implementation. Luckily we have received help from Certinia to start correcting many of these issues brought on by the implementation. We are behind on utilizing a lot of new features being brought out, but once we get caught up it'll be a great ERP for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
