We fully take advantage of the ability to combine both structured and unstructured survey responses to gather insights. Canvs AI is easy to use and a strong addition to our insights team. Uploading surveys is really very simple which is a bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool doesn't seem to be learning the way I hoped it would. I thought that if I started classifying open-ended responses into my own codes/nets, it would be able to learn and apply that to future waves. However, the platform does not learn that way. At the moment, creating rules is also limited in ability. I have had to manually recode thousands of open-ends as a result. In summary, it's not great for quantitative measurement and not reliable for trending things over time. It would also be more helpful if the product itself could give AI summaries that compare demographics or different audience breaks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
