Canopy is easy to use, implement, and integrate. I like how flexible Canopy is. We expect to grow and Canopy easily accomodates our growth. The task list and data storage are among my favorite features. The task list provides the team a dash board of what is urgent and due now. The data storage serves as an excellent client portal.
I've only had to use the customer support twice, but I received immediate help and the problem was resolved within minutes. I appreciate the Canopy team's prompt responses.
Another tool I use frequently is the prepopulated tax forms. I also pull transcripts directly into Canopy in minutes.
Canopy links to Quickbooks to reduce data entry. I love it!

Canopy allows me to run my entire firm through their firm operating system. I use it all day, every working day. Modular subscription model allows you to add features as you grow. While clients can send files unprompted, it is not possible for clients to request data or communicate with the firm unprompted. (They can respond to requests that the firm sends, but they cannot ask questions or request information from the firm through the portal.)
Customer support is prompt and courteous, but becuase they push hard to resolve all issues via chat, it can be difficult to get answers/resolve issues if your question or problem is more complicated or unusual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
