My favorite thing about 360Learning is how user-friendly it is. I rarely have learners experience issues in the platform, and if I ever do, the customer support team is always able to resolve the issue quickly. There are a lot of support resources available with many articles to help. We regularly have new features turned on by our amazing CSR, Crystal. I am using 360Learning daily in my current role. It's super easy to upload existing courses, and the course creation tools support people at any level in building meaningful training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The are really only 2 things I would improve upon with 360Learning. First, I would love the ability to enroll learners in individual courses rather than having to create a path with the course in it to enroll them. Second, I would like to have access to upload existing external certifications for additional tracking and HR functions. Otherwise, I can't think of any downsides of using the product. What I like best about 360Learning is how intuitive and collaborative the platform is. From an HR and L&D perspective, it truly supports a culture of continuous learning by making it easy for subject matter experts across the organization to contribute to training content—without needing advanced instructional design skills. The authoring tools are simple yet powerful, and the ability to gather feedback directly within the courses creates a dynamic, learner-focused environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's nothing I dislike about it. I think the platform is really good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a Training & Development Manager leading a one-person L&D team, I needed an LMS that was intuitive, collaborative, and flexible enough to support both internal teams and external retail partners. 360Learning delivered on all fronts—and then some.
One of the most helpful aspects for me was the free trial, which allowed me to explore the platform hands-on and get a real feel for how it could work in our learning ecosystem before committing. It gave me the confidence to move forward.
We recently launched ACE 2.0, our custom-branded learning platform built on 360Learning. The ability to create dedicated groups for each retailer—with personalized course pages and store-specific forums—has been a game-changer. It makes the experience feel relevant, localized, and community-driven.
What really excites me is the Learning Needs feature. It opens the door for bottom-up learning by letting users share what they want to learn—helping me prioritize content that’s actually in demand. It’s a great way to keep learning learner-led and strategic.
From mobile access and offline learning to detailed analytics and coaching roles for managers, this platform has allowed us to elevate our learning experience across the board.
360Learning has helped me build something meaningful, scalable, and learner-first—and I couldn’t recommend it more! 🎯📱💡 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
“Minor Learning Curve at First”
While the platform is intuitive overall, it took a bit of time to fully understand how group visibility, roles, and notifications work—especially when managing multiple audiences. But once I got the hang of it, it became second nature.
“Limited Customization for Branding”
I would love to see even more options to personalize the look and feel of the platform to better align with our brand guidelines. What exists now works well but feels slightly limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform's design is exceptionally user-friendly. Navigating through the various features and modules is intuitive, making it a breeze to find what I need. The clean and modern interface is a real plus, as it minimizes distractions and allows me to focus on the learning material. This ease of use significantly enhances the overall learning experience. While I appreciate the platform's design, I feel the current learning content is somewhat limited. I wish there was a broader range of topics and more in-depth material available. Expanding the content library would greatly increase the app's value and cater to a wider variety of learning needs. I'm hoping to see more content added in future updates. The platform is incredibly easy to use, allowing us to create and adapt our content effortlessly. But what truly sets it apart is the support team—always responsive, attentive, and proactive in providing valuable insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For users who are not tech-savvy, navigating a primarily online platform might present challenges. However, the company offers dedicated teams to guide users step by step. In our case, Anna was our point of contact, and I highly recommend her for her expertise and professionalism. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform seemed like a "big machine" to us compared to our user volume and actual needs. Its wide range of features requires thorough familiarization to fully benefit from it. This can be a constraint for smaller organizations or those without dedicated resources for managing the solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface has been recently updated, which is much better, but it could be smoother again. Organize it as you wish as a learner. Have a separation between learner and admin, for example: switch to admin mode or learner mode because as an admin it quickly becomes visually overwhelming...
