Payment got deducted but account not activated
Hi, i purchased regie.ai pro account on Nov 2. My account got debited with 174 USD. But account is not yet activated. The customer care chat bot on the websit is not responding. I hope to think this is a legit company and not fraud scam to cheat people with their money. Please someone from regie.ai team respond.

1. We have upgraded your account to Pro account for the $174 (50% off that you paid) as you had requested.
2. You will in fact receive the whole $174 refunded back anyway in 24 hours. This happens from time to time when the bank does a hold on the $174 but stripe does not process the payment and the hold gets returned.
