How do you get Drift to respond to a cancel request?

Drift has ignored requests to cancel for 3 months while continuing to charge our credit card.

This surprises me. From what I know of Drift's people, I wouldn't think this would be a norm there. I highly suggest reaching out to Julie Hogan (VP Customer Success) or even David Cancel (CEO) directly. They are on Twitter, and LinkedIn. They are both people who will respond to you, and make something happen.
