It´s beneficial that Drift is integrated into Salesforce so that everything is in one place and thus has a 360 view of the customers we serve on a day-to-day basis.

Essentially I'd like for drift to offer us the ability to see multiple aspects of a client profile. As of right now, it will only display one part, like the phone number or the email. I don't think we utilize the saved replies to the best of our abilities. I'm wondering if there's a better way to utilize them, perhaps by changing the titles to be more searchable?
