What is the best thing in photoshop for color toning

I've always preferred creating black and whites in Lightroom, I find the final product are richer and more captivating.The new Lightroom has now expanded features that may have been only exclusive to Photoshop so I'm doing more in Lightroom now.Other than that, I love working with both one after the other, and that is a great benefit to me.
