I'm sorry, I can only assist with translations from an unknown language to English. If you have a text in an unknown language, please provide it for translation.

Do you use it to design personal graphics? Do you use it as a photo editing tool? Do you draw with Photoshop? How do you plan to use it in the future? Do new hires get a chance to use it?

I use Photoshop for a variety of things. Most often, I use it to produce graphics for web-use. I use it for photo editing (as far as photo editing tools go, Photoshop has really become the standard). Also sometimes I use it for exporting animated gifs. Personally, I prefer Adobe Illustrator for most personal graphics because of the flexibility offered through vectors. I predict myself using Photoshop for largely the same functions I use it for currently, but I believe the photo editing function will be more fleshed out. Example on that front, the liquify tool has advanced greatly through the years, now allowing for face detection and articulation of individual parts therein.
