You can contact the company and get a 3rd party vendor to handle your QB integration but as of yet there is no word on when it will be available. The way I do it is just set up the invoices as you normally would and enter payment info in the other payment offline. Add a ref # of your authorization from QB and use it as a reference to match things up at the end of the year
The support team has tried 3 different ways. It is an extremely frustrating and time consuming situation every month when sending statements out from quickbooks and having to get them to match.
