it's user-friendly. It's very easy to share documents and even more exciting is that you can share multiple docs and screenshots. It makes it more comfortable to view docs. You can know if the other person received it and more!
I really didn't like the way you had to initially set it up it was a little cumbersome as i like to have a few specific passwords to utilize but it wouldn't let me use them as the special characters were in valid
