Scheduling is really difficult within Greenhouse. I have been using GH for over 4 years now and there has been almost zero improvements. Sending out calendar invites or scheduling multiple interviews is such a hassle.
Like that it is a hosted solution. We thought about managing recruiting with spreadsheets or a database, but this was so much easier. We were up and running in 1 day.
The only thing which I miss is the Kanban view in the jobs hiring pipeline stages, I wish if it could be added later on. Other than that, absolutely no complaints.
