AI Generated Summary
AI-generated. Powered by real user reviews.
  • Users report that SentinelOne Singularity excels in Real-Time Detection with a score of 9.8, indicating that it provides immediate threat identification, which is crucial for rapid response. In contrast, Cybereason Defense Platform, while still effective, scores lower in this area, suggesting it may not be as swift in detecting threats.
  • Reviewers mention that SentinelOne's Automated Remediation feature is highly praised, scoring 9.5, allowing for quick resolution of security incidents. Cybereason, while offering similar capabilities, has a slightly lower score, indicating that users may find SentinelOne's automation more efficient.
  • G2 users highlight the Quality of Support for SentinelOne Singularity, which scores 9.0, as being superior compared to Cybereason's 7.9. This suggests that users may experience more responsive and helpful support when using SentinelOne.
  • Reviewers mention that SentinelOne's Application Control feature, scoring 9.4, is particularly robust, allowing for better management of applications on endpoints. Cybereason's score of 8.3 indicates it may not offer the same level of control, which could be a deciding factor for organizations focused on application security.
  • Users on G2 report that SentinelOne's Threat Hunting capabilities, with a score of 9.3, are more advanced than those of Cybereason, which also scores 9.3 but lacks the same user satisfaction. This could mean that SentinelOne provides a more proactive approach to identifying potential threats.
  • Reviewers mention that the Ease of Use for SentinelOne Singularity, scoring 9.0, is a significant advantage, making it more accessible for teams without extensive cybersecurity expertise. Cybereason's score of 8.6 suggests it may require a steeper learning curve, which could impact user adoption.

So far the service recieved from SOC has not been a pleasant experience. Communication is very slow and turnaround times for investigation can be slow and very frustrating.

SentinelOne receives constant updates with new functionalities. We are able to take action quickly when suspicious activity is occurring. Additionally, we can gather information from every device using query.

The management of the software is EXTREMELY hard to understand. Uninstallation of an agent is a nightmare. The software support gets ZERO marks on help.
