Easy to use and check what emails have come though the system. Easy to allow or block emails coming through. I use this a couple of times a week.
I dislike the layout of the site, I found it a bit difficult to navigate when I was on my mobile device. I also would quarantine items that had been accepted in the past.
The reliability of Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 is what stands out to us. It provides a safety net for our cloud data that we can consistently rely upon.
We had some issues during setup determining how to correctly choose what to include and what to exclude. They could improve on this part of the setup tremendously. There is no way to remove data from the backup that is no longer necessary, like old users...
