Mimecast Advanced Email Security does a good job of blocking phishing, malware, and impersonation attacks before they reach your inbox. The impersonation protection helps catch CEO fraud and spoofed emails. Setup is straightforward, and once it's running, it mostly takes care of itself. The admin dashboard has a lot of options, which can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but it gets easier to navigate over time. 1) It blocks an incredible amount of easily identifiable legitimate emails including clients, from family members and - this is the best - emails from the company that installed it on our servers. 2) It has ignored every whitelist request we've given it & 3) customer support is non-existent. Among many, the most helpful features are impersonation, URL protection, Anti-Spoofing and Attachment control. The upside is the control and visibility of malicious/suspicious emails like spam, attachments and suspicious links. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
