A lot of flexibility in their system to configure your attribution models and connect with various other partners / third-party systems. Support is great, always has been. They are truly 'a partner'.
With privacy changes there havent been new solutions offered. With attribution going away, it is hard to find value in an MPP
We work with Singular Analytics tool on a daily basis. Singular saves my team hours every week by aggregating all partner costs with a click of a button. Now we're pulling it to our BI, but there's still no replacing Singular
Reports can take a while to load and the platform. It could also be improved by integration straight into the platforms so we can make changes in Singular that get actioned immediately.
