What do you like best about Float?

Float helps me plan my day. I add tasks to time slots and it’s easy to use. I get more done and still have time to rest. It’s great for time management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One small problem I saw is when I try to change plan for one day, it change the whole month sometimes. It little annoying when I just want to fix one day only. "Excellent tool for resource management and time logging."

What do you like best about Float?

Float is super easy to use and didn’t take long to get the team onboard. The interface is clean and makes scheduling feel almost effortless—just drag, drop, and you’re done. We use it daily to plan out work and manage capacity across projects. It integrates nicely with Google Calendar, which helps keep everything in sync without extra effort. What do you dislike about Float?

I wish the reporting features were a bit more detailed in the basic plan. Sometimes I have to export data just to get a clear picture of workload trends. The mobile version also feels a bit clunky—fine for checking things, but not ideal for making updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Float is a lifesaver"

What do you like best about Float?

Float helps us with the utilisation, i have a team of 80 Analyst and it helps me track their UTL. Also, the dashboard is very advanced and user-friendly, moreover Float is a one stop shop for workforce planning, task distribution etc, also the Float customer support is awesome, they have chatbots which 90% solve the problems I have, however if the resolution is not achieved, the customer support is more than helpful, specially Justyna Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Float?

Although there has been massive improvement on this then before sometimes float is laggy, I would say 1 in 10 times I use it but this is not a deal breaker as we refresh and it works perfectly fine there after Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Float?

I love that Float does exactly what it promises—helping our organisation stay on top of scheduling and resourcing. It’s incredibly useful and delivers an excellent user experience. The robust API and well-documented integration options make it easy to connect with our suite of tools.

We use Float multiple times a day, and the support has been exceptional. Any questions we’ve had were answered quickly and effectively. At this stage, we haven’t encountered any significant downsides. Float delivers exactly what we need for scheduling and resourcing. Of course, like any tool, there’s always room to grow as our needs evolve, but so far it’s been smooth sailing. We are excited to see what they release next. What problems is Float solving and how is that benefiting you?

Float provides a central place to plan our resources across teams and projects, giving us much-needed transparency. As a global business, this visibility is key to keeping everyone aligned.

We use the built-in reports for day-to-day oversight and leverage the API to pull data into external reports, where we combine it with other business data for deeper insights.

Float’s user-friendly interface has also solved a major pain point for us - getting timesheets completed. Adoption was quick and painless compared to our previous tool.

What do you like best about Float?

Easy-to-use interface, Modern UI, Good user experience. Also, the feature Resource booking is something not available anywhere else and this is a super handful feature for the organisation like us who want to keep track of each resource and want to utilize the resource effectively. What problems is Float solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time Reacking made easy and simple. I am able to get the details of each time logged by the resources and can analyze it thoroughly. This is one the problem solved by Float.

The next problem that solves the Float is, Resoure Management. As organization grows, it becomes difficult to keep track of reousce utilization. But with float, I can manage the resource effectively as I have full visibility over it.

I also find it really helpful to look back and see exactly what was done, when it was done, and how much work was involved. I've been using Float for the past few months, and it has had a truly positive impact on the way I manage my work. From the start, the interface was intuitive and easy to navigate, which made getting started quick and stress-free. One of the most impressive aspects of this app is how effectively it helps me stay organized and focused.

The ability to track tasks, set deadlines, and collaborate with team members has significantly improved my productivity. "Easy to use and understand"

What do you like best about Float?

Float makes it extremely easy to view the schedule for the week and months ahead. The ability to colour certain types of work makes it very easy to quickly identify what you are working on in a week. The accompanying app that was recently released is great and makes it very easy to have a quick browse of what you have scheduled when you are on the go. It's a great platform that I use daily. What do you dislike about Float?

The only issue is the inability to quickly see what other colleagues are assigned to work on the same project as you are. It currently requires the complicated use of filters but it would be great if you could just see other colleagues working on it when clicking on the project. Float can feel a bit complicated for smaller teams or simpler projects. The price is a little high, especially if you only need basic features. "Very intuitive software for tracking time"

What do you like best about Float?

As the Float administrator for my organisation, Float is very easy to provide training on as it is very intuitive to demonstrate how to track time to my colleagues who use it to track the time they've spent on projects and tasks.

The layout is very easy and the process to schedule time and log time is also very easy as well.

When we run the end of month reports, there's very little chasing up of incorrect hours logged as the staff here have done their time sheets correctly.

The software looked very easy to implement as we didn't use any SSO integration to run the platform. Staff here use Float accounts and find it quick to log in.

The Customer Support is also good and efficient. I had a ticket resolved in 20 minutes over the web chat Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Float?

Nothing I can see.

What problems is Float solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an organisation that utilises project management to track our resources for project management, service management, programming, business analysys and more, we rely on Float to track the time spent on projects so that we can report this to our board to see if we are utilising resources correctly across different and simultaneous projects.
