Monday Work Management has helped to solve several challenges like visibility into Project Progress, difficulty tracking team responsibilities and scattered communication. All task updates and communication are in one place, so it provides a complete and clear view about the task, who worked on it, currently who is working on it and when it is due. I’m able to quickly get a clear overview of the status of multiple projects at a glance and easily see where things stand in the pipeline for each client or account. In the past, I had to reach out to others or dig through scattered information to find updates, but now everything is organized and easily accessible in Asana, making the process much more efficient. 1. If I am using an automation to move a line of data from one sheet to another, I cannot customize where that data is entered on the new sheet. I have to manually organize my data after the fact.

2. When using a form, I frequently run into an issue where I cannot submit the form. A forced refresh of the page, which requires entering all the data again, is required to submit. I originally thought this was happened if I left the page open too long without any user input, but I have had this happen several times without that being the case.

3. I have had a rare issue when using automation to move data from one sheet to another where the data will be removed from sheet 1, but never show up on sheet 2. I have not been able to reproduce this issue with consistency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Keeping track of time sensitive tasks by sending out automated alerts about upcoming deadlines.

2. Forms has allowed us to easily process user submissions regarding inventory requests. This has improved our ability to fulfill requests on time but also keep a history of all requests/fulfillment.

3. The ability to easily track a projects progression as it passes through multiple departments. Smartsheet allows us to not only track who is currently working on a project by assigning a user to a specific line, but also move that data to related sheets as tasks are completed. Notion has not touched this text. As a platform for optimizing my productivity, it is perfect. What I find difficult is understanding how I can best use it, from the very beginning. I think many people will try the application, hearing how useful it is, but be disappointed when they first try it and think it's just another notes app. Of course it is a good one, but people may have large collection of notes, and likely won't want to spend the time copying those notes over if they don't know why Notion is worth it. Only when I did the research into Notion on my own, did I realize it's capabilities, and I had downloaded it months prior. I actually didn't even use Notion at all and came back to it later when my friend insisted that it would be worth it.

All I am saying is a little bit of a tutorial at the beginning, embedded in the first launch of the program, could not only display how to use the app right, but give the launch of the program a professional air. Notion is fixing my cohesion within my life. I have always hated how everything that I use to get through the day is in separate application that I need to have access to simultaneously. With Notion I consolidate my life into one place, so I can see the puzzle I am building with all the pieces in front of me, instead of having to remember which spot I left each one. Imagine playing a videogame and not have a UI with your health, ammo, mini map, or goal trackers. You can probably figure it out or "look" in at your belt to know how many grenades you have left. Slack saves time with quick access to files and messages. It helps connect remote teams who need a central place to stay connected. It is a link for communicating and collaborating in real time or asynchronously. You can create channels by topic, team, project, etc., and those can be public or private. For me, Slack made remote operations smooth through voice/video calls, screen sharing, and file sharing support. Automation tools (like Slackbot and reminders) save time. What I do not like about Jira is that it is very confusing and overwhelming, especially to non-techie or novice users. There are just too many features and settings that can easily get lost or waste time figuring out how to do something instead of working. Even simple tasks can take too many steps and involve navigating complicated menus that are exasperating. What is worse, at times Jira can be slow and cluttered such that it will be harder monitoring the progress and staying organized rather than becoming frustrated. Jira keeps all our work visible and organized in one place, making it easy to prioritize tasks, track progress, and collaborate effectively with team members. The price increases a lot for larger teams if you reach 1,000 records or want sophisticated automations, thus the generous free tier quickly fills up. On bases with tens of thousands of rows, performance may slow. Although snapshot backups are available, there isn't a native point-in-time recovery for a specific table. Our dispersed spreadsheets, impromptu Trello boards, and isolated project trackers were all replaced by Airtable's single, integrated workplace. Status meetings and copy-pasting have been eliminated since real-time collaboration, automations, and relational linkages provide all stakeholders with a single source of truth. The greatest strength of ClickUp—its sheer number of features and customizability—is also its biggest initial hurdle. When migrating my team from simpler tools, there was a noticeable learning curve and some initial resistance. The platform is so powerful that it can be overwhelming, and it's easy to get lost in the setup process if you don't have a clear plan.

While you can start using it simply, unlocking its true potential (like the automations and dashboards we now rely on) requires a significant upfront investment of time to learn, configure, and train the team. It's not a "plug-and-play" solution in that sense; you have to be willing to build your system within it. The reward is immense, but the initial effort is definitely the biggest downside. Before ClickUp, our remote agency was drowning in inefficiency. Communication was disconnected in various chat apps, tasks were managed in a separate tool, and there was absolutely no high-level visibility across all our client projects. This led to missed handoffs between team members, inconsistent workflows, and far too much of my time being spent chasing status updates just to understand where we stood.

ClickUp solved this by consolidating our entire operation into a single source of truth. The most significant problem it solved is providing clarity at every level.

The benefit is twofold:

1. For my team: They have a clear view of their tasks and priorities, and automated handoffs mean less confusion about what to work on next.

2. For me as an owner: I have a master dashboard that gives me a real-time overview of every project's health. This allows me to manage team workload effectively and be proactive about solving problems.

What I don’t like about Trello is that it can get pretty basic once your projects start getting more complex. There’s no way to create dependencies between tasks or track progress in detail, which can be a real pain if you need something more robust. Also, the reporting features are kind of limited, so you can’t get a super detailed view of how everything’s going unless you rely on other tools. The numerous features and ways to view work is both a gift and a curse to Wrike. Having so many ways to view your work can overwhelm my team sometimes, making onboarding and training a little difficult. There is a learning curve to using the features. It's solving a major problem of collaboration and visibility into the work the different functions on my team are doing and consolidating our resources. Before Wrike, it was hard for anyone to find what they need, so we've been able to use Wrike to keep our files and resource links in a consistent place. There are two minor features we currently miss in Bordio: the ability to export timesheets and a clock timer for tasks. We've provided feedback on these, and we understand they'll be included in upcoming updates. These small drawbacks don't significantly impact our overall positive experience with the product. We are a small team, and before we started using a task management system, we used WhatsApp to assign tasks to each other. However, as our team grew, it turned into complete chaos. We were overwhelmed with an enormous number of chats, information got lost, and it was difficult to track who didn't complete a task when needed.

Our work efficiency increased, team communication sped up, and Bordio's clear interface made it easy to plan sprints. Most importantly, we can now always check the work history.

We are still in the process of improving our workflows, but it is clear that Bordio will help us achieve the level of management we are aiming for. In terms of numbers: our turnover increased by 40% last year. Of course, this is the result of comprehensive work, but Bordio is one of the main innovations for us and likely has had a significant impact on this result. Their Jira integration was a HUGE reason for why we chose them. It was included (not an add-on) and had more customization than other vendors. We have found that when you have a project that has Jira Sync enabled, you lose feature capabilities. Such as the What-If Analysis doesn't work when you include Jira Synced projects. This means you can't do the more advanced portfolio and resource planning. Hopefully, this isn't a negative factor for long because in their roadmap they've committed to developing feature-parity in Prism for Jira synced projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The past rendition of MindGenius stage was not as undertaking detailing amicable as current variants and it took a touch of experimentation to get the correct configurations for announcing especially on financials. While assets and time distributions are basic, we actually need to send out the activities to all the more costing driven programming items to get exact costings and following on costings for projects. At first, we utilized MindGenius to catch and make organized web arrangements from gatherings. We utilized the note-taking, dismantling of contemplations, and re-development of brain guides to in a real sense make outlines and wireframes not long after gathering ends. It offers real-time activity tracking and automated timesheets, which eliminate the need for manual tracking and reduce administrative workload. For my work, Worksection is a useful tool that helps keep things organized and meet deadlines — which is especially important for a data analyst. I like that there’s no confusion: all requests from different departments come to one place. It’s convenient that tasks can be broken down into clear stages, too.The only thing I’d like is integration with BI tools or SQL IDEs, but I understand that’s not what Worksection is for — there are other systems for data analysis, and a tracker should focus on managing processes.All in all, since I started using it, I spend less time on routine coordination and more on actual analytics — and that’s what matters most. We need a more granular resource skillset tracking and identification tool. For example, if we need to identify a consultant who will be available in June, who is a Sr. .Net backend developer, a minimum of mid-level React front-end skills, has good mentoring skills to work with two junior developers, and is able to be onsite at the client 3 days per week. We have 100 consultants that are working on dozens of active client and we have dozens of prospective clients that we need to determine how we will staff their projects. We wish Hive had a way to sync with our exchange calendars. There are certain aspects of our work that are date and time sensitive and we need to put these events in our calendars.
