“Great partner since 2016”
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

We've been with Ninja since 2016 and they've been an excellent partner. They are responsive to both billing and service requests and have continually made the RMM tools better and better. They've been a cornerstone part of our MSP business and we very much appreciate the partnership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Reporting could be stronger, especially end-user-facing reports that convey the value of what we are providing to our customers. Occasionally we get some hit or miss with the patch management but I'd say it's 95% effective in getting patching done correctly. I'd like to see a little more partnership on the marketing side (i.e. MDF funds, or marketing consultation help to grow both our businesses). Overall, though, our experience has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

GIves us a tool to manage our customers endpoints and provide patch management, remote monitoring and remote support at a reasonable price. We also utilize their NinjaBackups services and the Teamviewer, Splashtop and Webroot integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“JumpCloud”
What do you like best about JumpCloud?

As a company in the Fintech industry, security, compliance, and operational efficiency are top priorities — and JumpCloud delivers on all fronts.

The platform is easy to use, with a clean and intuitive interface that simplifies user enrollment and device management. The admin console makes policy enforcement straightforward, allowing us to maintain strict security standards with minimal overhead.

We particularly value JumpCloud’s Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which helps us meet financial industry compliance requirements and enhances our overall InfoSec posture.

The Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities streamline access to critical SaaS applications, reducing friction for users and lowering the risk of credential-related attacks. Its cross-platform device support (Windows, macOS, Linux) is ideal for our hybrid work environment, and the detailed device reporting helps us maintain visibility and control.

Integration with directory services like LDAP, RADIUS, and SCIM is seamless, and JumpCloud serves as a flexible, cloud-based directory that meets the demands of a modern, security-conscious Fintech tea Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JumpCloud?

Occasional sync issues between directory and client devices.

Passwords sometimes fail to sync, causing user login problems.

Real-time updates can be delayed, impacting policy enforcement.

Troubleshooting sync problems can be time-consuming.

Limited customization in reports and alerts for advanced InfoSec needs.

“Great tool for managing remote teams and tracking productivity”
What do you like best about Hubstaff?

What I like most about Hubstaff is how easy it makes time tracking and task management for distributed teams. It allows me to monitor productivity without being invasive, generate accurate reports for clients, and maintain full transparency on the work being done. The integration with other project management tools is also a huge plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hubstaff?

Sometimes the timer doesn't start properly when there's a connection issue or when switching networks, which can affect the accuracy of logged hours. I also wish the system would send clearer notifications when something goes wrong so I can fix it right away instead of realizing it later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hubstaff solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hubstaff helps us solve several key operational challenges. It gives us visibility into employee productivity across different time zones, ensures accurate time tracking for payroll and client billing, and simplifies attendance management. It has improved accountability within the team and made project management more efficient by aligning tracked hours with tasks and deliverables. “Powerful endpoint management solution.”
What do you like best about Atera?

Atera is a powerful remote management platform that we've integrated into our IT operations for managing endpoint devices like computers, servers, and mobile phones. It offers full control over both the devices and applications we manage, which is vital for our IT team. The admin dashboard is simple to customize with a drag-and-drop interface, making it easy for me, as a data analytics manager, to set up the tools I need to monitor in one place. The left-side navigation simplifies our workflow by giving quick access to key features like remote access, asset management, and alerts. Atera's training video guides and tutorials help our teams implement best practices for device and software management and fix misconfiguration if any. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atera?

One area that could be enhanced is the reports section because I see more potential for Atera to use AI to automatically analyze and generate deeper insights, like identifying usage patterns or predicting potential device failures, making our reporting even more proactive for troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Atera solving and how is that benefiting you?

Atera plays a key role in solving critical IT issues quickly across our team. For example, as a data analytics manager, I’m responsible for overseeing our team’s workgroup data servers and analytical applications. Atera allows me to monitor these systems remotely, ensuring they’re running efficiently without needing to be on-site. The platform notifies me in real time of any hardware/software issues or potential security threats, which means I can address problems before they escalate and disrupt our workflow. For instance, I can resolve server issues on my own before they impact the team, or I can escalate them to IT with a support ticket or through live chat. This flexibility means no downtime, which is essential for our fast-paced projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Secure Identity Management That Integrates Seamlessly with Microsoft Ecosystems”
What do you like best about Microsoft Entra ID?

My own favorite is how it ties in so naturally to the Microsoft ecosystem — from Teams and SharePoint to Outlook and Azure. With Single Sign-On (SSO), all applications can be accessed securely by users through a single sign-in, and identities can be managed by administrators from a single point.

Conditional Access is probably the most helpful feature. It allows us to implement policies that vary based on location, device, or user risk. This allows us to have strong security without adding more hassle for users. Integration with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is also seamless and reliable.

The most significant benefits are identity management centralization, security, and scalability. It deals with hybrid environments very well — we can both on-premises and cloud identities manage. Besides, features like self-service password reset and group-based access reduce the workload for IT support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Entra ID?

The interface and terminology can be confusing, especially for users or admins who aren’t deeply familiar with Microsoft environments. It’s not always easy to find what you’re looking for in the portal, and advanced configurations often require PowerShell or Azure knowledge.

Some documentation is hard to follow or is obsolete, especially for setting up more complex integrations with third-party apps. In addition, license limitations restrict the use of valuable features if you're not on higher-tier plans (i.e., Entra ID P1 or P2).

The main negatives are the complexity of the advanced features and the requirement for Microsoft-specific knowledge. It's great for Microsoft-based shops, but if you're in a mixed environment, you might need additional tools or connectors. Additionally, changes can take a while to propagate between services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Entra ID solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s solving the problem of fragmented identity management across multiple apps and systems. With Entra ID, we’ve unified our user authentication, reduced reliance on manual provisioning, and enhanced security with tools like MFA and risk-based access. This saves time and improves the user experience.

Entra ID enables secure access management, compliance with identity governance policy, and protection from credential-based attacks. It helps ensure business continuity through the confidence that users have always-secure and purpose-fit access — whether in the office or remote or hybrid work. It also simplifies auditing and role-based access control (RBAC). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Jamf Connect: Perfect for lab environments”
What do you like best about Jamf Connect?

Each student can sit down at any computer running Jamf Connect and log on with their Entra ID credentials. It will create a local account for the student if one doesn't yet exist, and then sync their Entra ID password with the local account. The just-in-time account creation makes this product perfect in lab enviornments where you do not know ahead of time who will need to log onto the computer.

Another awesome feature is the ability to customize the login window completely. You can create a polished, professional, branded login window that really looks good. It's awesome to have the school's name and logo right there where everyone logs on.

Jamf provides a great utility to help you implement the product. It's very easy, especially if you also use Jamf Pro! If you don't have Entra ID, it can integrate with other identity providers such as Okta or Google. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamf Connect?

The only dislike I have with it (and this is not Jamf's fault, it's an Apple limitation) is if you have enabled FileVault, there will be two logins when you turn the computer on. You will first need to unlock the hard drive with the FileVault password, then enter your Entra ID credentials. It is for this reason that I mostly use it for lab environments or other shared desktops.

The double login only occurs after a restart, so it's not really that much of an inconvenience to be honest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jamf Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gives you the ability to seamlessly log onto the local computer with Entra ID or other IdP credentials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Solid product backed by a very engaged company that wants our input and takes actions on it”
What do you like best about Entuity?

The deployment of ENA has allowed us to retire multiple other products and reduce the number of management IPs we have to configure in SNMP from 7-9 down to just two. Since that initial deployment, we have expanded it's use globally we allowed us to retire an additional 7 tools.

Possibly more than technical side, the relationship we have been able to build with the owners, Park Place, and the level of access to development and their senior leadership team as mean that we continue to get to steer direction on new features in the product to make sure it fits our needs as a service provider. I believe this is the best partnership we have had with any vendor in our history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Entuity?

The biggest challenge is lack of name recognition as we leverage ENA as part of the services that we provide to our client base. From targeted marketing or more highly visible partnerships, the Entuity name needs more recognition in the IT Network world. They were purchased by Park Place a few years ago which has helped in some areas but not in the area of name recognition in the monitoring space.

One other area of concern, which is likely true with many vendors, but something we didn't used to see with the Entuity folks is they tend to defer instead of just coming out and saying 'no' to some questions. If we are asking for them to support something new that doesn't make sense to them we would appreciate a more open and honest answer. I recently met with their executive team and got those answers that their engineers will no longer provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Entuity:

Do a trial and work with the sales engineers. As a hosting company we have a very large and complex network and produces situations that they could not handle. The sales engineers immediately took those to development and in roughly one week we had a custom hot-fix that addressed all of our concerns. And to our delight, all of those changes were included in the GA product release to the public. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Entuity solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest has been tool consolidation. When we are supporting a client that is having a performance problem, the ability to go to a single console to see all the network views that we care about (instead of half a dozen different products) goes a long way to reduce the time to resolution. Then on top of that are all the event management rules we can leverage to control unwanted noise and out of the box integration to our preferred enterprise management tool, BMC TrueSight.

Another major gap that we have used Entuity to fill is to have regular backups of network equipment configurations across many brands. There are still some gaps but it is narrowing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Reliable Time Tracking Tool for Our Remote Marketing Team”
What do you like best about Monitask?

Monitask is extremely easy to use for managing our remote marketing staff. I can see screenshots, app usage, and total hours worked all in one dashboard. The real-time tracking and productivity reports have helped us improve accountability and efficiency. The onboarding process was smooth, and it didn’t require any technical setup. It also runs quietly in the background, so it doesn’t disturb team members while they’re working. For small distributed teams like ours, it provides all the monitoring we need without being intrusive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Monitask?

One limitation is the lack of deeper integration with project management tools like Asana or ClickUp. While time tracking and screenshots are solid, sometimes exporting weekly reports can take time to process when you're managing multiple users. I’d also appreciate more flexible reporting filters and a visual calendar or task timeline view within the dashboard. Mobile app functionality could be more refined too. What problems is Monitask solving and how is that benefiting you?

We work with remote freelancers and part-time marketing assistants in different time zones. Before Monitask, it was difficult to know how much actual time was being spent on assigned tasks. Now we have full visibility into active hours, screen activity, and productivity trends. This has improved project delivery timelines and reduced unnecessary meetings. It also helps with client billing since we have accurate tracked time and proof of work to share when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zygon supports us in carrying out our regular access reviews. Indeed, the tool has features such as identifying users connected to third-party applications. This allows us to review the list with application managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zygon?

No special or blocking points. But there's still room for improvement (for any tools, no matter what's the tool is) but the team are really supportive, reactive and makes the difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zygon solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a fintech in the banking sector, numerous regulations and controls are required, such as regular access reviews.

Zygon assists us to make these reviews easier and less time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
