My biggest gripe is the name. I can't tell you how many times customers have asked me if the PandaDoc email is legit or if it's some kind of spam. The name just doesn't scream "professional document signing platform". It sounds more like a random app or something sketchy. It basically eliminated all the back-and-forth email chaos we used to have with getting contracts signed. Before, we were dealing with printed docs, scanning, and constantly following up on missing signatures. Now I can send it out, track everything in real-time, and know exactly when it's done. While Adobe Acrobat is a powerful tool, it can sometimes feel a bit heavy and slow to load, especially on older devices. Some advanced features are also only available in the paid version, which might not be ideal for occasional users. Additionally, the user interface could be more streamlined in certain areas. Adobe Acrobat solves several key problems related to document management. It allows me to easily edit, sign, merge, and convert PDFs without needing multiple tools. First of All, I believe the web, mobile and desktop applications are not spread in the market like the competitor solutions. Foxit PDF shall provide free features without logging on the web or the cloud applications. Afterwards, there is an issue when I convert pdf files to doc or docx files. The algorithm does not sort out the convertion for all pdf files. In addition to this, there are also authentication issues to get access to the modules as well as password reset. There are several products in Foxit PDF editor Suite for diverse purposes.First of all, it is an alternative available on the market to edit, generate and convert files to pdf. Foxit Reader provides individual licence and licence for group of users. Foxit Reader develops solutions in the cloud like competitors for users through a paid subscription. There are several features available in the desktop application and on the cloud such as the E-signature.

I’ve just started using Xodo Sign, so I haven’t had the opportunity to explore all its features fully. Because of this, I can't yet pinpoint any specific aspects I dislike. There is so much more to it than just capturing a signature. That's usually only the beginning. Suggested Improvements:

A search-by-name function within the bulk send tracking would make it easier to locate individual client responses.

The ability to filter or sort bulk send items would improve workflow, especially when managing large volumes.

It would be helpful if emails could be sent from a generic organisation name, rather than the name of the individual user account.

Based on my positive experience with SignEasy, it’s tough to pinpoint something I truly dislike, as the service, onboarding, and ongoing use have been excellent. If I had to choose, I’d say the inability to back up all saved contracts at once is a minor inconvenience. Having to email each contract individually for backup feels time-consuming, especially for someone managing a high volume of documents. Hellosign/Dropbox sign has poor email delivery. After sending a contract to sign many customers say they can't find the email in spam or anywhere in inbox. It's super frustrating.
